Masterlease and All Fleet Services have joined forces to raise £5,000 for Shrubberies School based in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire.

The money raised will kit out a much-needed multi-sensory room for senior pupils with profound disabilities, providing an ideal environment for them to be assessed, for developing sensory awareness, and for massage and relaxation.

The fundraising activities will kick-off on September 17 with a 75 mile sponsored cycle ride. The route will take the team members, including AFS managing director Dave Scobie, from Shrubberies School to Masterlease in Birmingham. The Masterlease team is: Andrew Gullery, Carl Rudge, David Swales, Justin Foxall and Michael Bellizzi.

Masterlease has already pledged to donate a £1,000 from recycled mobile phones the company has accumulated over the years.

Shrubberies School caters for children and young people with special educational needs between the ages of two and 19 years, with accommodation for up to 90 pupils.
