Mondial Assistance Ireland has secured a new contract with Volkswagen Group Ireland to manage and enhance customer service across the VW Passenger, Audi, Skoda, Seat and VW Commercial brands. Under the new agreement, Mondial Assistance will administer sales and after sales queries to boost the customer journey experience and in turn increase loyalty and retention.

Working across five brands, Mondial Assistance will respond to brochure and test-drive requests, as well as customer queries. Product information, promotions and dealer information will also be provided to customers by Mondial Assistance, ensuring a seamless level of service at every point of contact.
