Selsia has continued with its commitment of developing fleet business for its repairer network with the appointment by South East Water of Selsia’s single point of contact fleet accident repair services.

Operating across Kent, Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey, South East Water operates a fleet of over 300 vans and company cars.

With 2.1 million customers and 14,500 kilometres of water mains, the importance of minimising vehicle loss of use for such a critical service is extremely high.

Selsia’s central response and first notice of loss service, together with in-vehicle instructions, management and tracking information will help to ensure a high level of service is delivered directly from the repairer network.

Commenting on the appointment, South East Water’s fleet manager Jackie Turner said: “Selsia’s direct business model suits our needs. We’re looking forward to working with the repairer network.”

Nev Dickson (pictured), Selsia’s sales director, said: “We already have extensive experience of working with another leading water company and this has helped us to understand the demands of South East Water and for us to deliver an outstanding level of service.”
