Euro Car Parts launches Trade Direct

Officially launched in January 2011, following a successful soft launch last summer, Trade Direct brings competitively priced, quality car parts to pockets of the UK not covered by Euro Car Parts network.

Bill Stimson, marketing director of Euro Car Parts, commented: “Trade Direct is our way of reaching customers who fall outside our stores’ delivery postcodes. We already built a substantial trade customer database, mostly in very rural areas. Due to their locations, these garages often use local high street factors – they pay too much and have to wait too long for their parts.

“These customers have reported that our prices are considerably cheaper, and their previous suppliers used to take days, even weeks, to source parts from various distributors. Trade Direct’s next day mail order service cuts through this lengthy supply chain. It gives them access to the same price promises and stock availability as any other Euro Car Parts customer.

“Garages find the service especially useful for hard to find parts or big ticket items, when Euro Car Parts’ buying power gives us a real advantage. What’s more, we are currently offering free delivery on orders over £100. Trade Direct is like having a Euro Car Parts branch on your doorstep, no matter where you live in the UK.”
