ING Car Lease rewarded with top billing in Fleeteye CSi awards

The Fleeteye CSi awards recognises leasing firms that have achieved the highest customer satisfaction scores over the year based on the results of a monthly, independent survey conducted with fleet operators. ING Car Lease has won the 250 to 500 fleet size category.

Ian Tilbrook, managing director of ING Car Lease, explains: “Our focus from the outset has always been on delivering the best possible service to our customers.”

Tilbrook continues: “We invest a lot of time ensuring we offer the highest standards of customer service to our customers. To encourage consistency and continued improvements we have developed a new internal training process which qualifies staff based on their experience and expertise.

“We’re really pleased this investment has been recognised by our customers and the fleet operators who take part in the Fleeteye CSi survey. But, we’re not content to stand still.

“In 2011, we’ll be launching a number of new innovations – including a salary sacrifice scheme and an update to our award-winning GreenCARE fleet analysis tool – which will further support our customers with their fleet management developments.”
