Fleet suppliers could find themselves locked out of large fleet contracts as companies focus driving cost savings through fewer suppliers.

The risk to future business is one of the warnings being made to companies during a key industry event being held next week.

Experts from automotive research company Sewells are providing leading industry figures with detailed insight into the large fleet market and reviewing how business strategies might be developed to minimise risk and maximise the potential for winning new contracts.

The Sewells Insight Briefing is an interactive forum designed to increase the understanding of the decision-making dynamics behind Britain's largest fleets.

Sewells will provide high value insight to provoke extensive debate on the key issues related to successful selling to large car and van fleets.

Following the event, delegates will also receive a bespoke market dynamics report on key fleet trends and an exclusive Sewells whitepaper on fleet sales strategies.

Sewells is hosting the Insight Briefing on March 16 2011 at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London to coincide with the Fleet News Awards. The event is a half day format running from 12 noon until 4pm.

Tickets cost £599 + VAT for two people attending, inclusive of the report and white paper.
