CSR legislation drives major review of policy

Recent legislative changes around corporate social responsibility prompted Findel plc to review its driver risk policy. Findel was seeking a single solution to manage its duty of care and corporate and social responsibilities.

Roz Byrom, Findel’s group fleet manager said, “Having researched the market we struggled to find a product that provided a single solution to cover driver profiling, driving licence checking and grey fleet management. We put the challenge to TR Fleet, Findel’s fleet management consultants, to find an integrated solution.”

“TR Fleet introduced me to DriveSecure, which provides all this, and additionally imports data feeds from our accident management, driving licence, fuel and mileage capture suppliers. By bringing all this information together in one place, I get meaningful management information; not only this, but the product’s online portal makes it very easy to use.”

One of the additional benefits of DriveSecure is that it continues to monitor drivers throughout the vehicle life. It provides a continued, tailored programme to all drivers, not just those ‘assessed’ as being high risk.

In addition, the live on-line Data Management programme provides each client with information about every driver in the programme.
