Europcar has appointed Patricia John as its new customer experience director, to help develop and drive forward key innovations, promote service excellence, customer focus and flexibility in all Europcar offerings.
Reporting to Europcar Group UK managing director Ken McCall and sales and marketing director Nick Harwood, John will be responsible for all client services, which includes reservations, customer service and e-business.
She has experience working at a senior level in a wide range of industries, most recently having been a consultant for Coracle Learning, as well as an independent customer services professional, working across the management consulting industry.
Before that, John was head of customer service centres for Marks and Spencer. Other previous positions include roles at The AA and Prudential Financial.
