New property company strikes deal with Flexible

A new Staffordshire-based property company has signed a deal with Flexible Vehicle Contracts.

The Anglesey Group – a property management, development and investment company – was recently launched by managing director Jonathan Pritchard following a £6 million bank finance deal.

The business contract hire deal with Flexible Vehicle Contracts, of Barton-Under-Needwood, means that Pritchard and his property maintenance team have a small fleet of vehicles to help them manage and maintain properties across the region. The vehicles supplied were two VW Caddy 1.6D Bluemotion vans and a Toyota Hilux 3.0D pick-up.

Adam Mellor, director of Flexible Vehicle Contracts, said: “It’s great to see Jonathan beginning an exciting new venture and we are delighted to have been able to provide him with the vehicles he needs to put him on the road to success.

“We were able to give Anglesey Group an excellent business contract hire deal, offering whole life comparison costs. We took into account Jonathan’s vehicle requirements and compared all the major companies’ lease rates and advised on the best option to take. As we are not aligned to any manufacturer or funder we can always offer impartial advice.

“Jonathan also appreciates that we are a local company but with national coverage, offering our clients greater purchasing power.”

Pritchard said: “For me this is the start of a new era, and I have been very impressed with the service and support I’ve received from Adam Mellor at Flexible Vehicle Contracts.

“It was important that we were able to agree a deal that provided us with the right vehicles and at the right price. I’m delighted that as a local company Flexible was able to deliver the most competitive deal.”

Since its launch in 1996, Flexible Vehicles has delivered more than 20,000 vehicles to business and personal customers across the UK.
