More than 300 Subaru Imprezas will gather in Banbury on Sunday to celebrate the 20th anniversary of a car which brought supercar performance to the masses and became an icon on the rally stage, making world champions of Colin McRae and Richard Burns.

The event has been organised by the UK’s Impreza owners’ clubs and is being hosted by Prodrive, which engineered the Subaru World Rally Team for nearly two decades.  All the proceeds from the day will go to support Mission Motorsport, a charity dedicated to aid in the recovery and rehabilitation of those affected by military operations by providing opportunities through motorsport.
