In response to growing demand to streamline fleet processes and reduce cost, Chevin Fleet Solutions is launching a free process and systems audit for both customers and other members of the fleet community.

Designed to help organisations get the most out of the systems they already use and to identify potential areas for improvement in day to day operations, Chevin’s senior account manager Joanne Barwell will be offering a series of hourly, on site sessions. Joanne comments, “Running a fleet often brings with a certain degree of fire fighting, making it difficult to take the time to sit back and objectively review the utilisation of systems or the effectiveness of processes. Yet underutilisation of technology can lead to unnecessary administration and cost. Launching this new service will provide fleet managers with a third party opinion and insight into the tools and tactics required to create leaner operations.”

Ashley Sowerby, managing director, Chevin Fleet Solutions adds, “Working together with customers to ensure they’re using our software to its potential and offering general advice to non-customers relating to process enhancements is an important part of the Chevin ethos and something that the new audits will help to ensure continues.

“I would urge any fleet managers interested in learning more about their software and its role in driving down cost to get in touch with Joanne to book an audit.”
