All Fleet Services is launching its new telemarketing proposition designed to increase conversions from the re-solicitation of service and MOT customers.

The launch of the new telemarketing proposition follows successful dedicated campaigns with a number of blue-chip retail groups which experienced conversion rates of up to 30%, an increase in overall retention of around 20% and total revenue generation of over £1 million in the first three months of this year.

The telemarketing proposition is based on payment by results with no initial set up fees or monthly payment.

Tailored campaigns such as cam belt and vehicle health checks can be designed and implemented targeting specific motorists.

In addition, the reminder service is conducted 48 hours before the appointment to reduce the number of no-shows.

Dave Scobie, managing director of All Fleet Services, said: “Our new telemarketing service provides potential for huge incremental business across retail groups.

“The conversion and retention rates are proven and the payment structure ensures that our contact centre is incentivised to upsell on behalf of the client. So if our teams don’t deliver the customer doesn’t pay.”
