All Fleet Services secures three year VE103 contract with Arval UK

Joe Lund Arval

All Fleet Services has announced its win of a three-year contract with Arval in the UK to provide VE103 documents.

The VE103 documents are used by hire or lease car drivers to prove they have permission to take their car abroad. The contract is All Fleet Services’ first with Arval and will cover more than 160,000 vehicles.

All Fleet Services’ sales director Chris Hart said: “As part of the new contract, AFS and Arval are working in partnership to develop a self-service VE103 solution for drivers.

“Not only does this result in a better experience for the driver, but it is also faster, and more cost effective.

"We are very much looking forward to working with Arval and their drivers in the future and building a strong mutually beneficial relationship”.

Arval’s service delivery director Joel Lund (pictured) said: “As a legal requirement, these documents are very important to our customers and it’s really important we can make the process fast and easy for them.

“We selected All Fleet Services as our preferred provider for this reason.

"They impressed us with their expertise and commitment to delivering a seamless digital solution for the benefit of our customers.”
