IFC chooses ProcuMaint for its supplier network

All Fleet Services’ (AFS) outsourced service ProcuMaint is going live with IFC Fleet Outsourcing, providing a nationwide network of supplier dealers into which IFC will direct service, maintenance and repair (SMR) work, improving its commercial terms for SMR.

IFC will be able to take advantage of AFS’ network management solution to enhance supplier quality and performance, improve cost visibility and reduce administrative burden.

The fleet management company will gain instant access to ProcuMaint’s preferential rates, terms and relationships with the supplier network.

Paul Hawkins, operations manager from IFC, said: “ProcuMaint provides a national network of independent and franchised dealers which are continually monitored and reviewed quarterly against specific quality and performance measures.

“We’re confident our in life costs relating to SMR expenditure will be managed more effectively.”

Peter Janes, senior network manager, AFC, said: “Our network management resource helps to manage the risk of IFC’s fleet of vehicles and ensures they are being maintained to a high quality standard and at a competitive price.”
