Fujitsu renews Lex Autolease contract

Fujitsu UK & Ireland, the IT systems, services and products provider, has signed a three-year agreement to renew its 2,000 strong vehicle fleet with Lex Autolease.

The company’s fleet, a combination of business need and benefit vehicles, are leased and fully-managed on a contract-hire and accident management blended solution from Lex Autolease.

Martin Coulton, senior procurement manager at Fujitsu UK & Ireland said:

“Following a rigorous tender process, it became clear that Lex Autolease would provide unrivalled management of the Fujitsu fleet and car policy, by being able to support the provision of a superior selection of low CO2 emission and fuel efficient options, better fit for purpose vehicles and promising significant annual whole life cost benefits.  This was the best solution and therefore the decision to extend our partnership with Lex Autolease was an extremely easy one.”

David Castle, senior corporate customer relationship manager at Lex Autolease said: “Having been a customer of ours since 2007, we are delighted Fujitsu has decided to renew with us yet again and look forward to further strengthening our great working relationship.

“Fujitsu is an excellent example of a corporate business that has embraced the logic of placing whole life costs at the heart of their fleet policy.”
