Audatex has strengthened its long-standing partnership with vehicle repair network Vizion by signing a new contract.

Audatex provides software and services for the automotive and insurance claims processing industry.

Under the latest agreement, Vizion is rolling out Audatex’s AudaAudit and Audalnvoice, across its network to automate assessment authorisations and streamline invoice processes.

Vizion operates a network of 400 repair centres with the aim of offering consistent, quality repair solutions with accreditation from 18 manufacturers.

Chris McKie, director network operations at Vizion Network, said: “Our network has long benefited from the streamlined estimating process that AudaEnterpriseGold brings us.

“Extending our relationship with Audatex allows us to standardise invoicing and automate the assessment authorisation. This means our repairers spend less time on paperwork and more time doing what they do best, helping customers get their vehicles back on the road.

“Our partnership has grown on the back of Audatex listening to the needs of our network and adapting their solutions to our specific requirements. This new contract will allow us to increase our overall efficiency and support our principles, with a focus on delivering a fast, high quality service.”

AudaAudit has been designed to ensure consistency in assessment content and speeds the approval process by checking assessments prior to them being sent to the insurer for authorisation.

It also informs both work provider and repairer of assessment status via AudaMail.

Using pre-set criteria, assessments are auto-authorised, avoiding time-consuming processes and delivering greater efficiency and transparency.

Vizion is using AudaAudit as the hub for all repairers across its network.

Complementing the AudaAudit service, AudaInvoice streamlines the invoicing and payment process.   AudaInvoice is used as a central invoicing solution to the Vizion network, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of invoices to its principles.
