Cassiopae acquires Motivity Solutions

Cassiopae, a global finance and asset management software provider, has acquired the business and assets of Motivity Solutions Limited, a UK-based supplier of vehicle contract hire software.

Motivity Solutions Limited provides software to the leasing, contract hire and daily rental markets.

The acquisition expands Cassiopae’s presence in the UK and brings additional business opportunities in the vehicle finance market.

“Our two companies serve complementary sectors and there are a number of synergies we can leverage for clients,” said Emmanuel Gillet, CEO of Cassiopae.

Motivity’s Bracknell office, near London, will be the new center for Cassiopae’s UK client services operations.

David Culy, founder and managing director of Motivity Solutions, said: “We are delighted that our clients will be able to benefit from the additional resources of Cassiopae.

“Similarities in our underlying technology framework also mean that we can quickly integrate development efforts.”
