Leasedrive has won the Fleeteye Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) award for fleets of over 250 vehicles.
The award recognises service to customers in 2013, and is based on results obtained throughout 2012 from Experteye’s post-sale customer satisfaction survey.
Fleet operators are surveyed independently by Experteye on a monthly basis.
The annual CSI award goes to the company that has achieved the highest combined results across the entire year.
Roddy Graham, commercial director of Leasedrive, said: “We are delighted to receive this independent award recognising our achievements in delivering to our customers the highest customer service excellence.
“We have a ‘bespoke’ customer service philosophy and this award mirrors our own internal surveys which reveal satisfaction levels among our blue chip clients at an all-time high.”

Congratulations to Roddy and all the team at Leasedrive. A lot of the leasing industry talks about customer service but very few 'live and breath it' throughout their organisation in the way that Leasedrive does.
