Record week at BCA Nottingham

BCA Nottingham is celebrating as the auction centre sold a record number of vehicles during the third week of March.  

The auction centre sold nearly 1,700 vehicles during the week and achieved a record turnover of more than £23 million.

Nearly 200 cars were sold on Tuesday March 19, more 340 on Wednesday 20 and nearly 300 on Friday 22.   

The Thursday sale, which combined a special online sale and a Top Car sale sold 848 vehicles - the highest volume ever sold in a day at BCA Nottingham.

Robin Wilde, general manager at BCA, said: “This record week at the Nottingham auction centre underlines the strong demand for good quality used cars and vans that BCA has been reporting for many months now.”
