Two new appointments have been made at epyx this week for key roles supporting the 1link Service Network service and maintenance e-commerce platform.

Jim Claridge (pictured left) has been promoted to the role of consultant in the business development team while Ian Dubberley (pictured below, right) has graduated to the position of product manager in the product management team.

Both have been with epyx for around eight years and will be working with new and existing customers in their new positions.

Gary Gibson, head of customer services at epyx, explained that the changes would mean more resources devoted to customer support.

He said: “Jim and Ian have extensive experience of 1link Service Network and will bring a wealth of expertise to their new roles.

"I’m very much looking forward to working with the new team to further develop client relationships and ultimately our product offering.”

1link Service Network s now in use by fleets totalling more than 2.5 million vehicles to process service and maintenance buying from almost 18,000 franchise dealers, independent garages and fast fits.
