Fleet optimisation specialist FMG has signed a deal to provide incident management services for Tusker’s specialist salary sacrifice customers and drivers. The contract will initially cover over 6,000 vehicles from over 110 public and private sector businesses and sees FMG extend an already strong relationship with the specialist fleet provider.

FMG will support a range of vehicles under Tusker’s salary sacrifice car scheme, which provides a tax efficient way for businesses to offer all their employees a brand new, fully insured and maintained car at a cost lower than they could achieve in the retail market. FMG will provide full incident and repair management services to support the scheme’s drivers, as well as providing access to live data and claims tracking through the Ingenium online platform.

Tusker chief operating officer Mark Sinclair, said: “Part of our promise is to provide customers with a simple solution to an often complicated challenge. FMG are a trusted name in the industry and will help us deliver this promise. Their account management expertise and proven capability with fleets of all sizes will develop our customer offering. We recognise that no two businesses or schemes are the same, and FMG’s flexible approach is also built around this premise.”

Kevin Gordon client development director at FMG said: “We’re delighted to be working with Tusker, who are a well respected and forward thinking company. It’s clear that our two businesses share the same passion for providing excellent customer service, and our unique business processes and experience will help to ensure this is another success story.”
