Hill Dickinson, an international law firm, has launched a salary sacrifice car scheme through Zenith for its UK based employees.

The scheme is open to around 1,000 eligible employees in the UK. CO2 emissions have been capped at 140g/km, to encourage the selection of lower emission cars and to maximise savings to employees.

Eligible employees are also able to take advantage of Zenith’s Pre-Salary Sacrifice Cars product which enables them to drive a temporary hire vehicle in exchange for a fixed reduction to their salary.

This means they can save tax and National Insurance when using a temporary vehicle, filling the gap before their ordered car arrives. They then continue to make savings on their new salary sacrifice car when it is delivered.

The most popular cars ordered so far include the Kia Picanto, Ford Fiesta and Audi A3.

Jane Walker HR Systems and Benefits Adviser for Hill Dickinson comments: “We try to keep our benefits offering fresh to engage and interest staff.

“The salary sacrifice car scheme is an exciting new addition to the range of other salary sacrifice benefits we offer such as; pension, childcare vouchers and charity giving.

“We hope the salary sacrifice car scheme can help save people money, at the same time as benefiting from driving a brand new car and the convenience of an all-inclusive price package.”
