Fleet management software and telematics provider SageQuest has opened new offices and a customer service centre in Reading.

The new centre seeks to ensure SageQuest’s growing list of European customers are provided with a dedicated and reliable support service.

SageQuest says it is important that customers are supported not only at the implementation stage - where installation and integration with back-office systems takes place – but throughout the duration of the customer relationship to guarantee they get the most out of their investment into GPS vehicle tracking technology.

Responsible for running the new customer service centre based in Reading, SageQuest’s European operations manager, Tanya Arnold said: "In addition to providing our customers with a tried-and-tested solution that meets the challenges of running large enterprise-sized fleets, a high-level of customer service has always been the cornerstone of SageQuest’s offering.

"Our customer service team has been trained extensively on the SageQuest system and we strive to give the best customer service possible to our customers. This ethos is important to SageQuest and is something that we feel sets our company apart from other vendors."
