Hyundai launch Fleet Business Centres

Hyundai has begun the roll-out of 27 new Fleet Business Centres at selected dealers across the brand’s UK network. The new centres are designed to enhance Hyundai’s fleet customer proposition even further by tailoring the experience for local business users.

The Fleet Business Centres will offer a number of additional services to business customers and aim to deliver competitive purchase deals and contract hire rates for SMEs with fleets of up to 10 vehicles.

Hyundai Business Professionals - specially trained dealership staff - will offer guidance to customers based on a business’s specific needs. All Hyundai Business Professionals will undergo specialist training on all aspects of fleet operations to ensure they provide local customers with the best possible advice when choosing their next vehicles.

As well as ensuring that Hyundai staff are properly trained, each of the 27 national locations will be retro-fitted to enhance the in-dealership experience for fleet customers. Business customers can use free wifi facilities and dedicated working areas to continue their work while their car is in for a service. Furthermore, customers will be able to utilise a free loan vehicle or opt for a collect-and-deliver service or free shuttle.
