Leasedrive Group has just launched version 4.0 of its dedicated website for its Mycar salary sacrifice scheme, which is now enjoyed by more than 5,000 employees throughout the UK.

Incorporating a new look and feel, the all-new Mycar website features a new web quoting system.

Paul Fleming, sales and marketing director at Leasedrive, said: “The new Mycar website reflects our on-going commitment to improving the employee experience and reducing the administrative burden by significantly enhancing usability with a new look and lots of added features.

“The new web quoting system allows users to look up information on thousands of cars, compare vehicles side-by-side, and create and save quotes within their account for retrieval at a later date, together with a number of additional online services.

“There are various search options, and users can find the perfect car in less than 30 seconds using a series of intuitive, user-friendly ‘sliders’ offered by the new quoting engine, which can filter the results by number of seats, doors, monthly budget, CO2 emissions, miles per gallon, bhp, boot capacity and engine size.

“A new e-signature process has also been introduced to speed up the time to order and minimise the administrative support needed at our clients. The delay and hassle of signing hardcopy forms and posting them on is now a thing of the past.”

An NHS North Staffordshire employee, Louise Fox, said: “I was very impressed with how well the Mycar scheme website was set out and how very user friendly it was to use.

“All the information you need is explained under the various headings and it was so easy to get quotes for a variety of different cars to suit my budget.”

Online quotes and service bookings on the new Mycar website are powered by Leasedrive’s online totally-integrated fleet management system, Drive:Manager.

Leasedrive’s Mycar enables employees to use some of their gross salary in exchange for a brand new, more fuel efficient vehicle which is fully maintained, serviced and insured for business use, all at a fixed budgeted monthly cost.

The employee saves tax and national insurance on the gross salary used to pay for the vehicle, making it a very cost effective way of leasing a car to suit their individual budget and lifestyle. Leasedrive has been offering car salary sacrifice schemes for over ten years.
