ARI climbs 43 places on Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work

ARI was named in Fortune’s 2014 100 Best Companies to Work For list for the second year in a row, moving up on the list from 70 to number 27 this year.

The Philadelphia-based companywas the only fleet management company to be named on this annual list that recognises exceptional workplace cultures.

“We are proud to be a part of this prestigious list for the second year in a row,” said ARI President Carl A Ortell. “Without question, our greatest asset is our people – they are the most important part of our business and critical to our overall success, which is why we continually strive to create an environment that is supportive and open, provide work that is interesting and engaging, and offer opportunities for growth and development.”

The company was recognised for its family-like culture, its internal employee engagement and empowerment program, Partners in Excellence, and its emphasis on employee development. ARI was praised for its year-end bonus scheme for all employees, which can be the equivalent of up to 15 days’ pay, and the fact that the company has never had a layoff in its 65 year history.
