Maxtopra to launch for distribution

Magenta is launching its Maxoptra software for distribution and service businesses at the Commercial Vehicle Show 2014.

Supported globally, the improved version provides built-in optimisation for routing, scheduling, tracking and telematics making it an effective tool for mobile workforce management. Maxoptra operates on a cost-effective subscription model.

The system allows implementation of narrow delivery appointment times, optimised scheduling and balancing routine jobs with unexpected jobs.

Maxoptra claims distribution and service companies will no longer require multiple providers, with the system requiring little or no investment in integration. Magenta will help customers replace older systems and wasteful paper processes with cost-effective PDAs and real-time tracking technologies.
