Days Contract Hire has launched a new-look website boasting a host of new features and functionality, including a responsive design allowing users to easily access information and utilise services from their smartphone or tablet device.

Neil Vaughan, marketing co-ordinator, said: “Our new website will play a major part in our marketing activities. The website has been in the pipeline for a number of months with plenty of input from the staff and clients of Days Contract Hire to provide a greatly-improved offering."

Among the new features is the integration of the company’s online vehicle management hub Fleet Space, which enables clients to stay connected and manage all aspects of their fleet anytime, anywhere.

The Fleet Space dashboard provides fleet managers with full visibility of their fleet from order status through to booking vehicle services and viewing vehicle data.

The site also allows users to view risk assessment results (following driver licence checks), view invoices, MOT schedules and contract renewal dates, all of which use a traffic light colour coding system to provide a clear user-friendly interface.

The new site provides company car and van drivers access to a wide range of services from Days Contract Hire, including a 24/7 DriverLine.

It also contains comprehensive details on the company’s full range of funding options, fleet management and vehicle maintenance services and a raft of information and advice, all designed to ensure fleet decision-makers and drivers obtain maximum benefit.

Use of responsive design means that irrespective of how users are accessing the website - via PC, smartphone or tablet, for example - the screen size automatically reconfigures to fit the browser window to provide straight-forward viewing.

Caroline Wright, operations manager at Days Contract Hire, said: “Our new and improved website is much more representative of who we are as an independent fleet solutions provider. We take great pride in the services we offer and now our online presence accurately reflects that.”
