Esri UK adopts salary sacrifice scheme from Pendragon Contracts

Esri UK, B2B mapping and analytics company, is enhancing its benefits package with a new salary sacrifice scheme provided by Pendragon Contracts.

Pendragon has provided the organisation with a contract hire solution for its company car drivers for over eight years.  The ‘Simplydriveit’ salary sacrifice scheme is capped at a choice list of vehicles at 130 g/km to drive up its environmental targets and is open to all 300 Esri UK employees.

Jackie Bowers, group HR manager at Esri UK, said: “Our longstanding relationship with Pendragon Contracts meant it was the perfect partner to help us expand and enhance our benefits offering to employees through salary sacrifice.  It’s very important that we attract and retain the highest calibre of people in our industry and the package that salary sacrifice for vehicles provides, together with the comprehensive savings seen on the scheme, now serves as another example of the comprehensive range of benefits that Esri UK employees receive.”

John Given, sales & marketing director for Pendragon Contracts, added: "As part of our broad customer service, our salary sacrifice team commits to presenting the scheme to the company’s employees so that it is promoted effectively internally.  By accessing the programme online, staff can view the car policy, choice list and other support services in a click.”
