Alphabet has made a series of appointments to strengthen its dedicated broker sales channel, which is due to launch later this month.

The team will provide Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) organisations with access to its full suite of mobility solutions, via a selected group of broker businesses.

New members of the team of 10 emloyees include Nickie Conde as regional development manager and James Barrett and Mark Nash as sales executives.

Conde, formerly relationship manager at LeasePlan and national corporate account manager at Ford Rental, brings with her more than 13 years of experience managing customer relationships in the fleet and Broker sector.

She will be responsible for managing and guiding broker relationships in the Midlands and North.

Richard Chadwick, who joined Alphabet earlier this year, will manage Alphabet’s broker relationships in the South.

Barrett and Nash join from Alphabet’s internal sales team and will provide dedicated sales consultancy to the broker channel.

Commenting on the growth of the team, Gavin Davies, head of indirect sales at Alphabet said: “We’ve been building the team since February and it’s fantastic that we have been able to recruit such a talented and experienced team.

"With Nickie’s impressive knowledge of daily rental and the broker network she understands the challenges that are faced by our brokers.

"James and Mark will be invaluable in delivering the high levels of service and personal touch that our exclusive network of brokers requires.

"Nickie, Mark and James will play a vital role in the launch and development of Alphabet’s Broker sales channel and I’m delighted to welcome them on board.”
