Entries now open for this year’s Fleet News Wellbeing Award

Fleets, manufacturers and suppliers can now enter the 2025 Fleet News Wellbeing Award.

It recognises the important work carried out by employers in fleet to improve the physical and mental wellbeing of their staff.

Programmes could include offering supportive networks, training, health initiatives, engagement of teams and a clear commitment to a vision and strategy that promotes wellbeing across the business.

The award, sponsored by Cox Automotive, attracted a record number of entries in 2024, underlining just how important wellbeing and mental health is taken at senior levels within the fleet and leasing industry.

It was launched in 2021 in memory of the much-loved and greatly-missed Cox employee James Davis.

Enter the Fleet News Wellbeing Award

The AA’s comprehensive approach to wellbeing saw it collect the trophy at last year’s event.

With a strategy based on the five pillars of physical, social, financial, emotional and professional wellbeing, the AA strives to improve wellbeing at each step of an employee’s journey, and not simply react when needed. It’s clear that people are at the heart of everything it does.

Reflex Vehicle Hire and SG Fleet UK were recognised as joint winners of the Wellbeing Award in 2023. Previous winners include: Arval (2021), LeasePlan and Enterprise (2022, joint winners).

Now it is your chance to share the outstanding work your company has done by entering the 2025 Wellbeing Award.

The winner will be announced at the FN50 dinner, which will be held at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, London on November 4.

Also featured will be a detailed analysis of the state of the fleet industry, the Fleet News Hall of Fame, manufacturer reliability awards and the annual FN50 leasing customer service awards.
