A selection of the latest vans from major fleet manufacturer brands will be available to examine or test drive at Vans in Action, part of this year’s Company Car in Action (CCIA). The two-day premier fleet showcase event is running next Wednesday and Thursday – June 11 and 12 – at UTAC Millbrook proving ground in Bedfordshire.
Vans in Action, now in its fourth year, provides fleet managers with the opportunity to get to know the models available to fleets around the UK – with many being made available for test driving, or as showcase display models.
The vans to feature at this year’s showcase are:
- The Renault Dacia Spring Cargo and Master E-Tech.
- The Groupil G4 RCV (Refuse Collection Vehicle).
- The Maxus eDeliver 7 and eTerron 9.
- The Mercedes-Benz eSprinter L3 and eVito Tourer.
- The Farizon SV L1 H1 (83kWh battery).
- The Toyota Corolla Commercial, the Proace, the Proace Max, and the Proace City.
This year’s Vans in Action is hosted by Paul Kirby, director of EV Essentials, and sponsored by GeoTab and Lytx.
Kirby said: “Vans in Action is now in its fourth year and has grown year-on-year. Fleets have been giving very positive responses to the increasing focus on vans and, with so many new products hitting the market, this year promises to be better than ever!”
Brands not taking part in Vans in Action may also have their own vans on display at their stands during CCIA.
