Mobility and fleet leasing provider, Alphabet, has announced the start of a move from its current UK business location in Hook, Hampshire to Farnborough.

All UK-based Alphabet employees will have moved into the new building, Alphabet House, in Farnborough by May 9.

Matt Sutherland, chief operating officer at Alphabet, said: “This move marks a significant milestone in Alphabet’s journey from our humble beginnings in 1997. The simple fact is that we have outgrown our previous home which served us well for the past 5 years.

The new building will give Alphabet the scale and space to expand with over 100,000 square feet of floor space, as well as providing a bright, modern environment for our employees and customers.

Sutherland added: “I’m confident that our new facility will provide a step change for Alphabet’s commercial activities and operations here in the UK, while at the same time providing a significantly enhanced visitor experience for customers and prospective customers.”

The premises are next door to the HQ of parent company BMW.
