Windsor Vehicle Leasing launches multi-car test drive event

WVL Test drive event

Windsor based car leasing business, WVL, has launched its 'Test Drive Your Best Drive' initiative.

Running for the month of August, from its showroom in Windsor, local businesses and company car drivers will be able to test drive over 20 different brands and models back-to-back.

Each week a different category of car will be available to try, starting on August 1 for small cars.

Phil Smith, WVL managing director, said: "We had a new member of staff join us recently and one of the first things we talked about was how she had taken a whole day off work in her previous job to visit numerous different car dealerships to test drive a handful vehicles from which to choose her new company car.

“Not only had it been frustrating with a large proportion of time spent on admin at each garage but it had also involved travelling long distances between different dealerships.

"It made us realise how much more accessible, speedy and convenient it would be for our business customers to try a handful of vehicles all at the same time, on the same day, with the same co-driver and with only one set of paperwork.

"We approached all of our suppliers and discovered that everyone was really keen to get involved and supply us with vehicles for the event.  The result is over 75 different cars, across four different categories for the whole of August."

Brands who will be participating in the event include Audi, BMW, Ford, Honda, Lexus, Mercedes, Peugeot Citroen, Vauxhall, VW and Volvo.
