BP invest in wall mounted EV charge points

Rolec EV have supplied BP with a large number of AutoCharge EV charging points at its Exploration Centre in Sunbury-on-Thames.

The bespoke units offer 16amp and 32amp Mode 3 fast charging via Type 2 charging sockets complete with security hatchlocks.

Kieron Alsop, managing director of Rolec, said:  “The AutoCharge wall units chosen by BP offer a robust, hard wearing EV charging solution specifically designed and manufactured for commercial and public facing applications.

“These particular units feature our easy to operate pay-by-token charging solution, complete with charge time availability digital display screen and tariff configurator.”
