FuelGenie has reported that 94% of its customer’s ratings were ‘good’ or ‘excellent’ following a recent survey.

Findings also revealed its net promoter score (NPS) to be 67. This is a trusted measure of customer loyalty, with scores above 50 considered world-class.

When asked their reasons, the two most popular customer responses were ‘no fees’ and ‘low-cost fuel’, reflecting the role the card plays in ensuring value for money and control for businesses.

Rising fuel prices are a big worry for fleet operators; 51% of survey respondents expect this to be the most important element affecting business in 2019.

FuelGenie’s managing director Robert Pieczka (pictured) said: “To receive such outstanding ratings by our customers is truly rewarding, and demonstrates that our strategy of putting customer needs first is working.

"We’re redoubling that commitment, and the whole team at fuelGenie will continue striving to deliver excellent service support.”
