Zenith has been named as one of the best performing leasing companies on the Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers 2020 ranking.

Zenith placed 36 position in the Top 100, which celebrates the country’s outstanding apprenticeship employers.

The achievement follows the expansion of the company’s apprenticeship scheme and investment in training, says Zenith.

Marisa Waddington, human resources director at Zenith, said: “Our people underpin everything we do. Our inclusion in the Top 100 apprenticeship employers 2020 is a fantastic achievement and testament to the hard work and dedication of our team.”

Zenith also recently gained national recognition from the HRH Princess Royal for the third time, for an industry-leading programme.

The company was commended for a commitment to training and skills development, along with supporting a culture of compliance.

The Princess Royal Training Award from the City & Guilds Group recognises businesses that create an impact by linking their skills development needs to business performance.

Zenith says it plans to continue to grow its apprenticeship scheme.
