Nissan has confirmed its attendance at Company Car in Action (CCIA) 2023 – the premier test-driving event for fleets.

Nissan will bring its latest electric models including the Ariya and Leaf for fleet decision-makers to put through their paces, as well as alternative powertrain models including the Qashqai e-Power and the all-new Nissan X-Trail.

Attendees also have the chance to be one of the first customers to experience the all-new Townstar - Nissan’s small electric van and replacement for the e-NV200.

Marco Capozzoli, fleet director at Nissan Motor GB, said: “Nissan is delighted to be attending what is the UK’s premier driving event for fleet decision makers and influencers.

“We will be supporting the event with our recently launched range of fantastic, electrified vehicles, including the 100% electric Ariya, and All-New Townstar EV Compact Van along with our established 100% electric Nissan Leaf.

“We are also excited to let customers experience our alternative powertrain technologies in the New Qashqai with e-Power and All-New X-Trail with e-4ORCE all-wheel drive.

“Our fleet team are looking forward to welcoming guests to our stand and answering any questions they have.”

CCIA 2022 highlights

Nissan will also be running a competition in partnership with Formula E at the event, with two pairs of Grandstand tickets to the 2023 Hankook London E-Prix, at the London ExCeL Circuit, up for grabs.

A spokesperson at Nissan said: “Put your driving skills to the test on the Nissan Formula E simulators and the fastest lap on each day of the CCIA event will win.”

This year’s event is set to be the biggest one yet, with 29 manufacturers confirmed to date including, Renault, Tesla, Hyundai, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Citroen, DS, Fiat, Jeep, Peugeot and Vauxhall, BMW, Mini, Genesis, Kia, MG, Polestar, Suzuki, Vauxhall and Maxus.
