The next module of the FleetWise programme is now live, with the scheme looking at fleet policies and procedure this month.

Mercedes-Benz, in partnership with Fleet News, have created the Fleetwise programme to bring fleet decision-makers informative features and case studies to ensure they are running the most efficient fleet.

This month’s FleetWise investigates fleet policy and procedures, looking at four key areas:

• What you need to have in place to lay the foundations of a successful fleet.
• How to create a company car choice list
• Driver discipline, parking fines and damage recharges
• 10 steps to a perfect tender

Fleets can also catch up on the the previous modules, which include efficiency, funding, safety and fuel. The final module, released next month, looks at the future of fleet.
