LeasePlan Go will supply Northamptonshire firm E7 Building Services with 14 new Peugeot vans, with a further 20 being delivered in the coming months.

One of four specialist Jarvis Group divisions, mechanical and electrical subsidiary E7 Building Services will benefit from 34 of the vehicles. This is part of a wider investment in the E7 business which also includes new premises in Wellingborough.

At the official opening of the new building on Monday (November 23), three E7 Building Services staff members were presented with the keys to the new Peugeot vans that have been fully liveried with E7 branding.

The vans will travel across the Midlands and South East to deliver mechanical and electrical services to some of the UK’s biggest building contractors.

David Meadows, plant and transport manager at Jarvis Group, said: “Our fleet is integral to the work we do here, so it’s essential that we provide our staff with the best quality vans possible.”

E7 driver, Alex Meadows, said: “The new vans are a big upgrade from the old vehicles. They’ve got satnav, DAB radio and cruise control which makes driving on the job a much better experience.

“It’s a real pleasure to drive the vans and the new branding stands out a lot more.

“Everyone’s commenting on the new look, even people outside of the business like our clients, so we feel proud to get them on the road.”

Tom Brewer, brand director of LeasePlan Go, said: “It’s wonderful to join forces with Jarvis Group and rejuvenate its fleet with the latest release of Peugeot professional vans.

“We take pride on delivering on price and service and look forward to a continuing relationship with the firm, helping them achieve their ambitions through our fleet support.

“LeasePlan Go specifically caters for SMEs and we understand the specific fleet needs of businesses like E7 Building Services. This means we’re superbly positioned to help them deliver their services now and in the future.”
