Software Europe has partnered with Licence Check, an official DVLA driving licence checking provider, to offer checking services through its Expenses cloud technology product.

This is a configurable, fully-mobilised employee expenses solution designed to reduce time and costs and increase productivity amongst payroll and finance teams.

Deborah Saunby, chief sales officer at Software Europe, said: "Driving is considered to be one of the most dangerous activities for employees to undertake for work purposes and, worryingly, many UK businesses don’t realise they could be at risk of legal action if they haven’t checked an employee is safe and legally allowed to drive for work purposes.
