Honda UK is celebrating 'outstanding' results following its first customer satisfaction survey among its contract hire customers.
The Honda Contract Hire team surveyed around 100 customers from sectors such as manufacturing, construction, professional services, financial services and legal, who had recently bought a car using one of its contract hire offers.
The manufacturer achieved an overall satisfaction score of 8.7 out of 10.
Xavier Morgan, Honda contract hire manager at Honda Finance Europe, said: “With an overall satisfaction score of 8.7, we are delighted with the results of our first phase of customer surveys.
"This is a great reflection of the service that our dealer network provides, as well as the Honda contract hire dealer services team – long may it continue.
“We know that excellent customer experience greatly helps to increase customer retention, so the results of the survey are fantastic news. We will use this feedback to help further improve our customer proposition.”
The results also included a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 50, meaning customers are likely to recommend Honda Contract Hire to friends and family.
