Inchcape Volkswagen Van Centre in Cheltenham has won the loyalty performance award at VW’s performance awards.
The dealership was recognised for its high level of customer renewals, retention and customer loyalty to the Inchcape Group retail centre – achieving outstanding sales of finance contracts and service plans.
This award also commends the team’s ongoing collaborative and innovative approach to working with Volkswagen UK.
