Inchcape Fleet Solutions has announced that it has achieved the ServiceMark accreditation from the Institute of Customer Service with distinction.

The only fleet management provider in the UK to have been awarded the ServiceMark accreditation, it says.

Inchcape was praised by the ICS assessor for ‘demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service excellence at all levels’. The assessment stated: “Whilst staff spoke highly of the positivity in the workplace and it was clear they had a good deal of fun at work too, there was no complacency. Everyone was serious about doing a great job, driving improvement and delivering the best outcome for their customers.”

Inchcape Fleet Solutions’ director and head of business Matthew Rumble said:  “Achieving distinction demonstrates that encouraging our employees to take ownership of improvement areas is helping us to better serve our customers at every touchpoint.

“I would like to acknowledge the hard work and customer focus demonstrated throughout the business which has contributed to receiving this accreditation. Our aim now is to build on this success and continue to lead the way for others.”
