JCT600 Vehicle Leasing Solutions has launched a new customer experience (CX) team with the aim of championing excellence, nurturing growth and enhancing the customer and driver journey.

Rebecca Eggington, as head of customer experience, will lead the new team and is promising to transform every aspect of the Vehicle Leasing Solutions (VLS) experience, with a focus on operational excellence, customer experience and employee development.

The team will initially take a holistic view of all operations and the way things are currently done to review and develop improved ways of working, where needed.

This could involve implementing new processes, increasing technology, or creating new products and services.

Nurturing and developing its people will also form a fundamental element of the CX team. Ben Creswick, managing director at JCT00 VLS, explained: “We are blessed with a passionate team who use a combination of their knowledge and the latest technology, to build trusted relationships with our customers. 

“However, no-one can afford to stand still in this rapidly evolving industry and if we are going to continue to promote ourselves as a leader in this space, we must ensure we continually deliver optimum operational standards, the highest quality customer experience, and develop our colleagues to be the best version of themselves. That is the fundamental reason for investing in the new CX team.”

Eggington says that VLS has always prioritised its customers, but establishing a dedicated customer experience team takes that commitment to the next level.
