TrustFord is celebrating being placed on the Sunday Times Top Big Companies to Work For 2018 list for the second year running, climbing two places to 20th.

The annual Best Companies to Work For awards are aimed at companies who demonstrate excellence in workplace engagement, measured by direct feedback from individual colleagues.

TrustFord’s chairman and chief executive Stuart Foulds (pictured) said: “We are delighted to have been named for the third year running in the Sunday Times Best Companies list.

"This award is a testament to the TrustFord team, recognising how hard everyone works to provide an engaging and successful environment.

“It’s also fantastic to see our ranking move up this year demonstrating how colleagues have recognised our ongoing investment in our colleagues and culture.’’

TrustFord’s human resources director Sharon Ashcroft added: “We were pleased to see 72% of colleagues taking part in the survey this year, reflecting an increasing pride and commitment from our colleagues and underpinning our ambition to grow and retain the best people within our business.”
