Complete Utilities has taken delivery of three Skoda Fabia models and an Octavia vRS to bolster its fleet.

Operating from Gloucester, Complete Utilities runs a fleet of 360 vehicles and has taken delivery of the Skoda, with plans to increase numbers further once its current fleet comes to the end of its cycle.

Complete Utilities’ fleet manager John Dowds said: “When we looked to update our current fleet of cars we approached a number of manufacturers.

"Following many road tests and comparisons it was the Skoda brand that not only provided us with cost-saving efficiencies and safety features, but the Rallye Green was an exact match to our corporate colour.”

The Octavia vRS estate features a 610 litre boot space that extends to 1,740 litres with the rear seats down, Amundsen satellite navigation with eight-inch display.

The Fabia has been awarded the maximum five-star Euro NCAP safety rating. Features include a driver enabled speed limiter, side airbags, curtain airbags and front airbags.

Skoda’s head of fleet Henry Williams said: “We look forward to building on this new partnership over the coming years.”
