Arnold Clark Vehicle Management (ACVM) has won the 2019 Fleeteye CSI Award for customer service to fleets with more than 250 vehicles.

ACVM’s Fleeteye CSI Award was based on results obtained throughout 2018 from Experteye’s customer satisfaction survey. Survey respondents are drawn from a subscriber base of key leasing companies in the UK.

Fleet operators were surveyed independently by Experteye, who ask an extensive range of questions. The annual CSI award goes to the company that has achieved the highest combined results across the entire year.

“Arnold Clark Vehicle Management is a worthy winner of this award, which recognises the very highest service standards in the fleet sector,” said Experteye chairman and founder, Rick Yarrow.

“At Experteye, we don’t use a panel of judges when deciding on the winners, as the results are purely based on the surveys we carry out with companies operating cars and commercial vehicles.

“ACVM has won this accolade based on independent feedback from customers, and there is no better judge than the fleet operators themselves to decide who is delivering the best service.”

ACVM’s MD, David Cooper, said: “I am absolutely delighted and very proud that we have won the 2019 Fleeteye CSI Award. Our team work hard all year round and are committed to ensuring our customers always have the best possible experience.”

Fleet Alliance was recognised for service to fleet operators with up to 250 vehicles in the Experteye awards.
