Sopp+Sopp, part of Activate Group (AGL), has moved to new offices in Peterborough, as it gears up for future growth.

Sopp+Sopp, AGL’s commercial and fleet specialist, provides end-to-end accident management for fleet providers, servicing thousands of claims a year.

The new office, situated in Peterborough’s Summit Park, was selected to meet its needs now and in the future, offering scope to accommodate its team of expert claims handlers and growing customer portfolio, which includes major UK brands.

Callum Langan, AGL’s chief customer officer, said: “We’re a successful company and currently in a period of sustained growth so we need a facility that meets our needs today while allowing for considerable growth over the next few years, and the new site at Summit Park provides us with exactly that.

“It’s also a space that our team can be incredibly proud of and offers great facilities to welcome and meet with our partners and customers on site.”

AGL executive director Jamie Sopp added: “The new building represents a major investment for us – both in our business and our people.

“We take great pride in offering our customers a first-class service and our new surroundings reflect that pride.

“We are excited to welcome customers to the new offices and will be planning an event for early 2020 to showcase advances in our processes and systems as well as to see the new site.”

Founded in 2015, AGL owns Sopp+Sopp, Motor Repair Network, Sopp+Parts and Activate Accident Repair.

Motor Repair Network offers insurance personal lines accident management, handling fault and non-fault claims.

Sopp+Parts specialises in stocking vehicle parts with long-lead times to reduce key-to-key times and Activate Accident Repair is AGLs’ new body shop division, its first branch opened in Birmingham earlier this year with more to follow in Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester and Liverpool in 2020.
