Intelligent Car Leasing and Motorway launch new service

Intelligent Car Leasing is launching a new service, called Sell My Car, with Motorway to allow customers to sell existing vehicles before leasing a new one.

The cars will be sold online by Motorway, which has agreements in place with many of the UK’s leading online car buying sites and dealer groups.

The functionality to sell a car with Motorway is also available on the Intelligent Car Leasing website. Users wanting to access the car selling service are directed through to Motorway’s own site where they are able to receive a no obligation valuation of their current vehicle.

Marc Murphy, head of marketing and sales at Intelligent Car Leasing, said: “Business owners making the switch from owning to leasing would need to sell or get rid of their old car or van. However, they might not be getting the best deal for their used vehicles. Now that lockdown has been easing, businesses may be starting to pick up again and they might not have the time to research all the best offers.

“By partnering with Motorway, we will be able to streamline the process of switching to business leasing, particularly for small business owners. Helping them get rid of their old vehicles for the best price and into a new vehicle to suit their business’s needs.”

Alex Buttle, director and co-founder of Motorway, said he was “delighted” to partner with Intelligent Car Leasing to help their customers sell their vehicles.

“Our shared vision for ease of use, great customer experience and always giving extra value, makes the partnership feel like a great fit."

Intelligent Car Leasing was founded in 2013 and is a division of Fleet Alliance Group, which manages more than 37,000 vehicles with a combined fleet value in excess of £1 billion on behalf of its clients.
